Struggling with rehabilitation work? Or have you been prescribed some rehabilitation work from a therapist? This session will focus purely on rehabilitation exercises to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly. I will guide you through the session, providing hands-on support, corrections, and encouragement as needed. I will offer tips for at-home exercises or strategies to manage symptoms outside of the therapy session.
