I am a registered Soft Tissue Therapist with the IRSM, based in Chinnor, South Oxfordshire. I am fully qualified and insured therapist with a level 5 diploma having trained at the Oxford School of Sports Massage. I am able to assess, treat and assist with the rehabilitation of various conditions.
As a massage therapist and athlete, I have a unique understanding of the importance of taking care of the body. Through my own athletic experience, I know firsthand how crucial it is to listen to your body, prevent injuries, and maintain flexibility and strength. This knowledge allows me to approach my work as a massage therapist with a deep appreciation for the physical demands that athletes, and anyone, may face. Whether it’s alleviating soreness, improving range of motion, or enhancing recovery, I use my own experience and expertise to help others achieve optimal physical health and performance.
Adam Leavesley Soft Tissue Therapy is dedicated to providing high-quality sports and remedial massage, rehabilitation, hot stone and dry cupping treatments. My focus is on promoting recovery, enhancing performance, and relieving pain for my clients.
